 Using a system of pre-made skins, customers who already have their files prepared merely need to send us their files and specify a few variables and a complete project can be ready within a day. For those who prefer, a custom skin can be designed and completed within a week.

 Speed is not Media Mixer's only advantage. Not only is it fast, it's reasonable pricing makes it affordable for any company to use again and again. Once created, companies can update their programming for a minimal charge without having to start all over.
 
 The Process
 Media Mixer is designed to incorporate a variety of file types that have already been created. That is, Media Mixer itself does not create the PowerPoint, images, video, etc. Clients must prepare all the files in a "rip-ready" format, ready for insertion, with the exception of video which is encoded at our facility. These media assets can be submitted via e-mail, FTP, videotape or CD, depending on the file size.

Media Mixer is a self-starting disk. Upon insertion the viewer is presented with a main screen with one or more of the following buttons:

PowerPoint
Application
Images
Documents
HTML
Each of these buttons can be named up to a maximum of 20 characters.
NOTE: Only one button of each category is permitted. If there are multiple files of one type, an index is provided for further selection.

For example, there is one button for video which then either leads to an index listing for multiple videos or goes directly to the video player (if only one file is present).

Supported File Types
Video - from tape or encoded as MPEG-1 format; video is displayed in a "player" like the sample above. MPEG-1 native size is 352x240 pixels with the option to double the size. Controls include video and volume controls for easy scanning.
PowerPoint - presentation displays in "show" mode and does not require the PP program to be installed
Application - any executable EXE file such as Flash, Shockwave, or custom program can be launched
Images - JPG, TIF, GIF or BMP can be displayed like a photo album. Controls include the ability to go to the "Next" or "Previous" images or return to an index.
Documents - Excel, Word or PDF. Displays one or more files with an index. Installation of Word, Excel or Adobe Acrobat not required.
HTML - view any Web site or Web page direct from the disk. Program launches the page(s) with the computer's default browser.

Web & E-Mail Links
Each Mixer also includes one e-mail link that opens up a pre-addressed e-mail and one Web link that takes the viewer to a Web site with only one click.

Protection
All content is protected once the disks are replicated. Although disks can be duplicated in their entirety, no changes can be made to the contents or the disks will not run-even from a hard-drive. This protects your brand and company name from unwanted tampering.

Viewers: Why Are They Necessary?
Viewers allow others to look at your files without having to have the program they were created in. For example, if you include an Excel spread sheet on your disk and give it to someone who does not have Excel, they would not be able to open the file. Including the viewer allows them to look at (but not edit) your document.

When space is at a premium, you may choose not to include a viewer if you feel it is likely that your audience would have that program installed.
